‘Speechless’ is a short film based on the personal experiences of the director, originally from Shanghai and now living in Ireland. It brings to the screen the story of a little girl who moves to a different country by coming to Ireland to learn English.
This is a beautiful story about friendship, new beginnings and innocence that we intend to bring to festivals around the globe. We are looking for the following actors:
✩6 Child actors of various appearances and nationalities
✩1 Actress fluent in Mandarin in the age range of 26-36 years
✩1 Irish Boy 9-11 years old
✩1 Actress. Friendly and approachable, between 20-50 years old to play a teacher.
